Welcome, the weak link on a WRX is the gearbox which limits you to around 350/380.
Basic stages are engine: - Exhaust (de/sports cat) turbo back, de-cat up-pipe, fuel pump (225), air filter (K&N/Green/Cosworth), remap should see you at 270/80.
- Injectors (STI pinks) and turbo swap (VF34/35) Sti top mount, scoop and under tray should give you around 350/380
Suspension: - White line arbs and droplinks
- Anti lift kit & Eibach springs
- KGB shocks (adjustable)
- Coilovers (BC or similar)
Brakes: - Up rated disks and pads (AS Performance)
- Sti Brembos
- Ksports!
