I did all my oils and cam belt a few months ago.

I strongly recomend you replace the idler pulleys and tensioner.
Dont risk cheap chinese kits off ebay, the bearings on the idlers are crap.

On your year you are looking at about £90 for tensioner, £40 for toothed pulley and 2 x £25 for the idler pulleys.
I did the water pump and both of the other belts at same time.Oh and thermostat as was only about £25

Total was about £300

I got cam belt from graham goode racing, very good price.
I got the bearings etc off ebay from jap importer, all parts are japenese made.

The engine, gearbox and diff oil i used was £100
