His insurance company (direct line) have taken it to Car Craft in Lydd. Had a chat with them and they are going to keep me informed of all the work carried out and a full list of replaced items. Scooby will come back as good as new or they will keep doing it until it's right.
Currently got a Vauxhall Insignia SRi, Enterprise car rental class that as a scooby equivalent! Too big and too slow!
I will post updates as and when I know. I may even pop over there to see that scooby is taken care of.
