I was there many years ago just after Litchfield moved out and it was not a dissimilar experience, booked in for almost 3 months due to holidays and when I arrived they didn't have the sports cat centre I had booked for, they fitted and mapped a full decat then sent me the sports cat at a later date, (after numerous phone calls) but I had to pay postage and for fitting and new gaskets when it arrived.
Fortunately despite a couple of calls they forgot to collect the old centre which was taken off the bill for the sports cat!
If you need anything AST again I'd recommend going straight to Ian.
