A few running issues sorted plus the ACT sensor fixed, KS3 set-up properly. Car is now only boosting to 1.5 bar (1.6 before) to get the same power so the engine is running safer. There is more in the setup with boost turned up but due to a slipping clutch it was left at 1.5 bar for now.
Looking at the plots side by side I do appear to have lost a tiny bit of spool with boost building around 100-200rpm later with the switch from ported headers to tubular.

That's a shame mate, understandable you're dissapointed but as you say, at least it's a bit safer now. Rather that than sorry any day!
