That's easy to fix - get them to sign up
The event is technically SES members only for the stand - hence the largely discounted price of £10 per car. I'm sure your mate wants to join our club stand to save paying £19.75 per adult (public entrance fee) but its raising money for charity after all.... this is something we've had a few times before and we always end up saying you have to be a member, otherwise we end up with loads of people trying to bring mates to get a discounted fee. They also have to be in a suitable car for the stand, even if they register (Evo is cool of course, but we don't want people signing up to SES and then trying to turn up in a mondeo or something french!

If he wants to join SES, then no problem i guess, hope you understand the reason why
