I'm no exhaust expert but I don't think it would pass. I've got an afterburner tail pipe, de-resonated center section with two cats, hopefully I should just pass lol.
With regards to where to get it tested, isn't db testing part of the mot?? so any mot tester could check (I could be wrong though)
