Well did it again, practice on the bike friday had an silly off. I have waited few days to see if swelling goes down used loads of ice, nope, So got a lift up to the place i dread A+E waiting area.
5hours later, 2 seperate x-rays, 45ml of fliud removed from behind my knee cap, alot of oo-arrrr, and home.
Looks like i may have torn my Acl again
Back up on Thursday to see consultant and i gather book in for Mri scan.
Not looking forward to telling work. i did the other knee last December and started this new job in February. I haven't used any of my 10 allowed sick days, really not looking forward to the phone call as not going to be driving for a week.
