Hi and welcome.
Hestiance on part throttle when cold could be a poor lambda.
Discconnect the lambda and try if it improves.

When the car/lambda is cold the feedback from the lambda to the ECU is poor and therefore the mixture is a bit hit/miss. Once up to temp it should improve, although even OE lambda's on the MY99/00 ECU give a little hesitation on light throttle.
