I think we'll be alright if we park close together. I've just copied/pasted the white car from the bottom corner of the map image (check out my Paint Shop Pro skills
) and fitted 38 cars in with space to spare in the middle:
The grass on the other side of the road is inaccessible as I'm sure it has a low wooden fence round the edge.
