I have just received the following email: 
Christmas Menu:

1. Homemade cream of broccoli and Stilton soup.
2. Chicken liver parfait, Melba toast and redcurrant jelly.
3. Tempura prawns with sweet chilli dipping sauce.

1. Roast turkey, pigs in blankets, and all the traditional trimmings.
2. Chestnut, cranberry and Brie Wellington with all the traditional trimmings.
3. Poached salmon on a bed of asparagus with homemade hollandaise sauce.

1. Christmas pudding with brandy butter.
2. Sticky toffee pudding with custard.
3. Ring Cheese and biscuits with homemade chutney.

The cost will be £25 per person.

Should the above menu not be acceptable to you please let me know. 
ps. should you have to withdraw without prior, adequate notice you will be expected to pay for any food that gets wasted..
