I understand that completely and agree entirely. I've no affiliation with those that run it or sponser it, definitely not my 'type' of people! I'd actually go as far to say a lot of them are snobs to be honest but, it's a historic event that shouldn't be wiped out because the latest bunch of 'world changers' don't like cars. That's my reason for feeling so strongly about it.

Again, can't disagree with anything you've put. In fact, I wholey agree. To my knowledge, you have to be a member of Brighton and Hove actually motor club(what what) which isn't expensive by all accounts. How easy it is to gain entry from that though I've no idea. Not easy would be my guess!

Totally agree. If it carries on the way it is, Motorsport will become yet another thing only certain members of the elite can do.
