2.5 hours first side, 23 minutes second. Thanks to all the posters turned out the disc just needed a bit of persuasion.
As of tomorrow I will have a full set of brake pads 3/4 left, 2 OEM rear discs and the front drilled discs and pads also 3/4 left. No lips on the discs.
