I'm sure it's not supposed to go to anything mate, I had a pipe exactly the same on my bugeye and I only noticed it when I changed my clutch, it didn't cause me any issues though so might be a completely different pipe, it looks exactly the same though and in the same place. I take it you've gone over all the pipes to make sure they are tight, did you change the boost pipes aswell? As some of the cheaper makes can expand/ contract under boost. Have you checked dump/recirc valves pipes? Could also be actuator pipes with a pinhole? Sorry if none of these help but worth a shot I suppose
