I have talked to Chris Buckler about the procedures of this year and he told me it will be the same as last year, guys. So here goes a bit more info of the day, most of all for the guys who haven't been there before.
STAND PASS INFO
Clive (Skullfudge) will kindly print out the passes for us again.

As stated in the first post of this thread, entry for car clubs is free but
a donation of £5 or £10 is requested which I will collect again when I give you your passes and will then hand it over to Chris Buckler.
How to get your passes:
- in hotel or
- at the gate at Bruntingthorpe Airfield (postcode LE17 5QS) at 8 am on Saturday morning
or
- you can drive to the Shell petrol station at Coventry Road near Broughton Astley (postcode
LE9 6QD), fill up with V Power then go across the road and wait in the pub car-park, where we need to leave at approx 7 20am to be at the airfield at 8 am.
OUT ON TRACK
You are welcome to take your own cars around for one lap or as many as you want but you will need a passenger that has paid £5.00 for the lap. You will be tugged by the event organisers if they see a driver only in a car.
You can't stay out on track for multi laps. You can only do one lap at a time, then drive into the large pit area where many public will be lined up to jump in. The public would have already paid a fiver.
Drive at your own pace as it's not a race. Helmets are an option but
not compulsory.
You will also need a special ticket / pass to allow you to go on track driving your own car.
These passes can be shared between the lads who offer passenger rides as they must be evident when out on track. There will be plenty available.
There will be a
drivers meeting at 8 30am. A few of you guys need to go to that and then pass the info to everyone else although most of you know the rules by now.
RIDES AS A PASSENGER
If you would prefer to leave your car on the stand all day and jump in other cars as a passenger that is fine and no problem at all.
You will find the pits are extremely busy all day, and you can jump in any car of your choice (for a fiver).
Helmets are an option but
not compulsory.
ATTRACTIONS
There are many other attractions going on all day what you can participate in:
4x4 off road motors that are giving rides ,full size 40 foot Asda trucks you can drive and several other things.
There is normally something going on in the sky for a large chunk of the day from stunt displays - Spitfires to wing walkers.
MUNCH
All food & drink is non profitable so the prices are less than you would normally pay and it's not cheap stuff.
KIDS
There are many activities for all ages of children. ASDA do base this single day event on the whole family.
NOT OPEN TO THE PUBLIC
As mentioned before this event is "invite only". It's not advertised to the public anywhere.
