Edit - i have a friend in libya who hasnt been back over here for about ten years ,, he has a silver 190 cosworth sitting in his garage collecting dust , i turned it down for £2k with no mot about 12 years ago and it had been sitting in his garage for a few years at that point - i really ought to chase that up now as its gotta be getting rare
