Correct! I used Gatwick Subaru for a number of years and was very pleased with the service, but the service I had after Dave left was nowhere near as good, so I moved on to Dan (Surrey Subaru Specialists) where I've been very happy.
As an aside I would also advise you to avoid Kinghams (the main Subaru dealership in Croydon). It's not that far from you, but the prices some people have been quoted for work there have been
far greater than other dealerships.
