I have to give another vote for Hankook Ventus V12's on a newage for a tyre that has good wet performance as well as dry, gets decent wear, and good performance for fast road/daily commuting. Can often be found for a good price.
Or the Vredsteins if you can get them in 215 45 17. I didn't see Sessanta in that size.
Either of those two if you are looking to keep the cost down, and you can certainly entertain something more expensive like the others have listed which are all very good, but for every day road use I would not think this is necessary.
Blackcircles are a good site for finding them for a fitted price- I think Ventus V12 are 82 fitted a corner, or obviously order on tyreleader, cam skill, etc. Sometimes you can even get shops to match online pricing.
For a classic I would consider something else, or if I was on track certainly would consider some of the other options, but the above should suit you well.
