My last set of Goodyears managed 20k miles and 3 trackdays including 20 odd laps of Spa in damp to dry conditions very predictable with good feel, it took them 5 dry laps to start going off! that's dam good for a road tyre.
Swap them front to back every 5k miles if you can to even the wear out.
I would NEVER fit budget tyres to a performance car.. seeing as the biggest performance gains from a driving perspective are in the tyre!
