If you are coming up from Junction 4 (up the A21) there are a couple of big pub and restaurant car parks that would be suitable for meeting up in.
The
Rose and Crown on Farnborough Way is one that immediately springs to mind. There aren't many junctions between there and Bromley Common, so you should be able to stick together from there up to the Pageant.
