Just to throw some reasoning behind my thoughts of staying with a standard rad....
When RCM built Clive's P1, (used as example as everyone knows the car) they removed his alloy rad and replaced it with a oe Subaru part? So I'm guessing the oe rads must be well up for the job?
And just because it gets my goat!! Alloy rads are so much cheaper to produce, especially when compared to the material cost difference...... So why are they so much more to purchase...? Is it really because they are shiney?
