This is more of an issue in my opinion. We've seen the video. Its clear that he's aiming for the potholes deliberately. It would be better for the owner to admit that his employee was being a dick, sack him, apologise publicly to the customer, compensate him accordingly and move on.
Instead he's still trying to deny something happened when we can see it did. Does he really think the Subaru community is that thick?
