Did you push the pedal all the way to the floor when you bled it, as someone pointed out to me the other day, the plunger in the master cylinder usually only moves a small amount, this can allow muck and dirt to build up in the unused bit, suddenly pushing it the whole way can damage the seals if there is any rust etc. Not saying this is the case but it was something I had never considered before.
The other thing is, and I'm only saying this because I don't know if you're a first time brake changer or a seasoned professional and I've seen it done before so not out to offend, you have put the front calipers on the right sides with bleed nipples at the top?
