I do actually have some proper metalworking hammers and dollies, and did some evening classes in car body repair a few years back, but have never done it in anger...which in this case I will be!

Thanks for the replies guys. A couple of the paintless dent removal places said it would need to go to a bodyshop and they wouldn't touch it.

Got a fair bit of it out, will still need to get it sorted properly but it's not as bad now.
