If you do all the vacuum hoses be careful as some have valves, restrictors etc in them but they're certainly a good way to start. Replace any rusty fasteners with stainless, then it's blingy battery clamps, Oil caps, stainless covers for fuse box etc.

It's a lot harder keeping a classic engine bay looking tidy as everything is exposed
