Just googled this and it looks like a Dutch version of the Rico Rally etc, but with 100 cars. 19th-21st May but their website says they will be at the Ring on Sunday. Most likely in the afternoon as it sounds like they'll be a few hangovers in the morning...

The Fourth edition of The RevRun will take place 19, 20 and the 21th of May. The start will be on Friday at the hotel just over the Dutch borders towards the German Sauerland. All participants will gather here Friday afternoon, Friday we will kick off with a dinner and some drinks. Saturday we will head out towards some of the most exciting roads the German Sauerland has to offer. We will have a lunch stop on a unique location somewhere in the German mountains and then head back towards the hotel.
Saturday night we will have a party in a big club with a lot of fun and drinks. Sunday we will have a relaxed morning and later on we will head out towards the mighty Nordschleife where we will finish the fourth edition of The RevRun.
There will be plenty of time left for all participants to have some laps on the Nürburgring if they would like, before everyone heads home.
