I assume you don't just mean the pads sticking to the discs when parked overnight, but then frees up with a bang when you move?

If the pads are dragging all the time then sounds like sticky pistons, common issue really, especially on the Subaru 4 pots (non-brembos). I assume you've got a WRX based on your username so don't have brembos?

Bugeye/blobeye calipers will fit but I'd expect second hand calipers to suffer the same problem. In terms of refurb, it depends how hands on you are - if you feel confident enough to do it yourself, then replacement seals/pistons etc aren't too expensive. Alternatively, Godspeed will refurb 4 pots - they do a lot of Subaru ones and they should come back looking like new in a colour of your choice.

But obviously you will be without them for a while unless you can do a swap/return deal.
