Interesting. Ive just ordered a model 3 performance as a daily. The Cayman isn’t going anywhere!.

I test drove the 3 performance and was impressed. Totally different to a normal car and took a while to get used to it. The acceleration is leap years ahead of a combustion engined car and in a straight line the model 3 performance would leave my cayman s for dead. 0-60 in 3.1 seconds. Plus the performance has a lower suspension and bigger brakes. But, its never going to stir the soul like a flat 6 petrol engine. As a petrol head I’m looking forward to getting to grips with an electric car and seeing what they have to offer. I know its handling etc wont be near the Cayman and wouldn’t expect it to be, but it’ll be an interesting journey. Plus its as cheap as chips to run.

Given the choice tough Terry, with your roads, keep the Scoob!!
