hmmm the dreaded misfire, mine happens at 6.5k but only in 3rd or 4th, did a track day at Snetterton and for the first 2 laps of each session it seemed OK but once i got a bit of heat into the car it would start again
I changed the plugs but that made no difference, had a suggestion to gap them smaller but that made it run like a dog lol
Simon did come round the other day and adjusted a few things, the dwell on the coil-packs, he turned down the sensitivity of the crank sensor or cam sensor (can't remember which), he also adjusted the way these 2 sensors interact with each other at high rpm
Took the car out the other night and did about 6 runs going from 4k up to 7.5k in 3rd and never got a misfire (couldn't try it in 4th though as that works out about 125mph)
