I to be honest (as most of you are aware ) am floating in between a large and extra large. The large ones I got through Xamax are fine, but some large can be a bit on the "snug" side
Sample is probably a bit difficult due to the cost of getting the artwork done.
I can probably get a selection of sizes in the first run,but it's a slazenger shirt so should be well sized and of good quality.

re : username... personally I wouldn't want it on the chest, and would like to be more discrete on the sleeve. Plus the uername will just be standard stitching rather then a fancy logo style affair so would look a little out of place against the other logo's, hence why it is on the opposite sleeve on it's own.

Sometimes I don't want people knowing who I am. I get enough trouble walking round events, without advertising who I am. I don't mind a chat about a mod or 2, but sometimes I'm there to look round to you know.....
It's not difficult to ask someone their username, or check out the sleeve.
