Hi Scottie.

If you intend to build or modify a Scoob I would suggest a classic P1 or Type R.

Once you have started and your power increase becomes higher weight issues then become more important and the classics are a fair bit lighter to start with.
They also feel totally different to drive opposed to newer models.

Many have modded new age Scoobs and are more than happy but the choice will be yours.

Best advice would be to take a P1 or a Type R for a test drive together with a newer model and feel what you are happy with.

I have a P1 with some mods and the overall machine works really well.
