Yes mate that was my job many moons ago. I had my own garage for over 10years. Black bush & Paddock wood were my old stomping ground + others. As far as Scott is conserned he's not mechanicly minded & pays for all work he has done. Buying fron an auction can be good if you know what your doing & know who or what garage your buying off. The car's we play with can be & are more of a risk. In Scott's case i would say its to much of a risk. There will be one on hear or one that will be recomended to him at some point.
