You may be right Simon...it was a long time ago.
Just because we both map, some people think I have something against you.
Far from it...if I wanted a map using an ECU I wasn't familiar with or couldn't be arsed to spend the time learning, I would come to you.
You done a far better job in what must of been 1/2 an hour on the apexi then PE done on my ECUTEK in 2 sessions.
We are both part self tought, part tought through internet forums and part tought speaking to other mappers. Neither of us go out of our way to advertise, but both have a stream of people willing to use our services...which says alot.
We used to converse and bounce idea's around, but since your full time mapping took off, ECUTEK kicked in etc...this has subsided. I completley understand the reasons for this as you wish to protect your main revenue stream.
You probbaly left GD 3 years ago, so full time mapping for 3 years is always gonna be better then someone like myself and in fact alot better then a number of big tuners as you are soley mapping.
I have decided to stop mapping, as work at GD is a little different now, with more responsibilites and more travel around Europe. So less time with family.
I will soon be posting on the forum to this effect soon.
