An ET45 would be close but the preferred for a 7.5x18 rim would be ET48 on a 215.
ET51 is only required for the 8x18 on a 225

Alot of the PFF7 7.5x18 inch copies on ebay come in either ET45 or ET48 depending on supplier.
AFAIK only the Genuine Prodrive comes in 8x18 ET51.
