[Spot the gimp]

Iv come to the conclusion that my rear suspension might be slightly buggered (by the fact that the right rear arch is pretty much on my wheel) what are the cheapest options? I dont have alot of spare cash at the moment so i dont want anything special just standard but not sure where the cheapest is
