Hi everyone,
Once again thank you for the response, it really has been fantastic, the day is shaping up to be amazing and the charity will benefit greatly from this
We need all display cars on site by 9am so we have time to arrange and park people in the correct areas.
The event opens to the public at 10am and after that time Health and Safety kicks in so we cant really move things around in the display area so please try to arrive as early as possible.
Plus if you do get there late you're likely to be caught in the event traffic and with upwards of 5,000 people expected it's best to miss that!
Getting there on time means you will also get a chance to look over the event in peace plus you'll have the best area to park in and first pick of the blue ribbon cars on track (there's a limited number of those so getting in before the general public will be a good thing!)
All the tickets are e-tickets and would have been in an attachment with your booking confirmation email. if you dont have them, please send an email to
ajeffcoat@thechildrenstrust.org.uk with the original email address you used. she will check her records and send a duplicate, however she is very busy indeed so if you can avoid that by checking your junk folder etc that would be really helpful
There are still a few rides for sale (70% already sold) as well as the three driver training areas, booking them online in advance ensures you get a slot.

You will be parked on the runway so no issues with mud/grass etc.
once again if there are any special requirements please let me know in advance.
if you do have any more questions please feel free to ask.
