I doubt it.
I could imagine the injector pulse damaging the Cam sensor, becuase the ECU would be sending out a 12v pulse to fire the injector, or it has 12V applied and the firing is done on the negative side. Therefore potentially damaging the sensor.
But the injector that the cam sensor connector was attached too would of done nothing to induce anything back into the ECU.
