Anyone in the medical profession ?. Nige ?.
I like to think I keep myself reasonably fit and do the gym about 3 times a week, eat sensibly but not fanatically.
But notice my resting heart rate seems to sit on average at about 92bpm.
From everything I have read my resting heart rate should be about 60bpm, and possibly less considering my gym activities.
Whats your resting heart rates ?
Is this normal ?. Should I go see my GP ?. Will I make it to Xmas ?
