Oh! Begins to confirm what I feared - I did have an appointment with my GP this morning that the missus booked, but I cancelled it partially because I think I might be in denial but also because I want to be sure Its not normal before I potentially make myself look like a time wasting twat to my GP.
My tick over is running even higher this afternoon at about 100bpm. Which is probably because I'm stressing about my heartrate now
