However i met the guy at a rather tasty flat,i looked at th ephone, put my sim card in and tested it, was as new condition, jailbroken , over 600 songs,50 odd apps and tom tom europe. I did pay top money for it, but still way less than buying a new one.
So thats the good experience, the bad was my account was hacked, account was then used to sell a shed load of mobile phones, lap tops, cameras etc all fictisious, not sure how he arranged the payments, but once ebay sorted getting me back into my account i had over 100 buyers chasing me for the items, which i had not sold, ebay were no help at all,i spent months sending the very same email to the duped buyers tellingthem what happened. Was a furkin nightmare!!
Oh , and am upgrading to iphone 4 now, my eldest who is only 9 has made it clear he would love my iphone 3.

ouch sounded like you have had a big time **** experience with ebay,so why couldnt they go the extra mile and email all the buyers and explain what had happened to have made it easier for you???,the only two local people i found selling on there both of them said could not do pickup as they now lived in london, but could send it ok which sounded dodgy as most people i thought would change their location and address if you move(to be able to receive items),and thats where all my problems started with my boy selling his iphone to get his scooter and then wanting to buy mine off me and me then getting a 3gs(which he has never paid for anyway lol)
And you know you will be giving your boy your iphone in the end must keep those kids happy lol!!!
