sounds like the ECU needs removing and seeing whats inside,
we have a Polar Performance chip in our ECU, and will boost to a max of 1.1bar and give about 300hp tops, we have been told that thats as far as we should go on a 95 JDM WRX internals, and even then, we need to change the injectors to 440's, and possibly fit an FCD....
