20/21 and 22 July Tim. I've been for the last few years as you can wander around the garages and inspect all the cars at close quarters - better even than when I first went to a GP in the 1970s, and you could wander over to the pits and watch the F1 mechanics working on the cars and see the drivers hanging around. We even got to drive the circuit one year!
I've plumped for the Sunday because a couple of old friends are racing, one in Group C and WSM and probably Gentlemen Drivers, and the other in Masters F1. But also there is a race for the 1980s BTCC cars, which was the golden era, Cosworths etc, and the reason I bought a 3-door back in 1988
