I know there are a few other Vulcan lovers on here. The last open day of the year at Southend airport is next weekend if you fancy a drive north of the river.
I went last month and it's well worth a visit. £2.50 to get in and under (Head in the bomb bay if your tall enough) then another £2.50 for a 20 min talk up in the cockpit. If you get there early you can park if the cafe car park near the plane for free otherwise the short stay car park is only 100m away.
Great way to spend an hour or two and an even better excuse for a drive.
