Had a good look today and everything was tight, it appears that a good jet washing then leaving it to sit for 3 weeks was the cause of my issues(It's been raining a lot you know). Put a small amount of lube on the struts and took it out for a run, no noise or settling down after coming to a stand still. So will keep an eye out for trouble and hope thats all it was.
