This. It was a big issue a few years back on the bugeyes and Subaru issued a bulletin for their dealers to fix it for free after VOSA got involved. Was a fairly big job as inlet manifold had to come off to replace hoses.

I wouldn't be surprised if the same issue affected the Foz as well. Take a read over here....
