I personally wont be going in convoy there but some might be, often from Patcham near Brighton? It really depends how many are going down.
The folks on track need to be there very early, so spectators are free to come and go as they please at what time they like, you should still be able to Park in the paddock if you go under the tunnel after you enter and then turn to your left on the other side, find a space under cover etc
