225/40/18 would be much closer to factory RR .. not sure who put 45's on there but its wrong, speedo will be miles out.
Eagle F1's are great for all round round use and wet weather track work they are hard to beat however the design is a few years old now, I wonder what a set of Michelin pilot super sports would be like as a direct comparison. tyre reviews seem to like them this year. I know a few folk are running them on various "other" motors
