Got all the LEDs except for the fog/DRLs done, and fitted a replacement flasher unit that was adjustable which fixes the long flashes. Lane change flasher now works correctly.
Something else about the STI that came to mind a few times now - I miss the pillar-less doors I don't know why but I always thought they were cool. Oh well.
