Not quite sure what you mean, but its a full english breakfast
Bacon, sausage, egg, mushrooms, tomato, hash browns, toast (or fried bread). Oh, and a cup of tea! Guess it probably sounds odd having stuff like that for breakfast if your from Europe, but then cheese and salami sounds strange to us too
