I suspect the 3.1 is already out of my price bracket, but a nice 2.8 could be a contender. Almost bought a 3.0litre Capri in '75, but went for a coke bottle Cortina GT instead. Brother had a Dolly Sprint when I had my RS2000, and I liked it, but it was an old man's car....... But hang on.......
Done the 3-door Cossie, and almost bought the early RS turbo, but spent some time driving a mk2 version. Probably not the thing I'm looking for. M5 is a possibility, but a bit big for my liking (and garage again). Your Hawk? Nah, I've had a Scoob for nearly 13 years now and probably won't have another, though I do know a local dealer who has a MY09 T20 for sale
